1What is a virtual assistant?
A virtual assistant is someone who is self-employed and provides professional administrative assistance remotely to clients.

I work from home, so you do not need to provide office space, a desk or computer. I am self employed, so you do not need to worry about taxes, NI, holiday pay etc. I can be flexible and you only need to employ me for the hours you require.

It’s a great way of getting extra help when you need it, without wasting time or money.

I have a wide range of experience in undertaking many admin tasks, and I am experienced in helping businesses efficiently organise and complete their paperwork.
2I know I need help, but I’m not sure with what. Help!

I have a lot of experience of chatting to people in the same boat and using my experience to pin point what help they need and how I can best provide that.

If you have a firm idea of what you need me to do, that’s great. But equally I can help you figure that out too.
3How much do you charge?
I charge £30 per hour for ad hoc work, but also offer Bronze, Silver and Gold packages, as well as Social Media packages.

By purchasing a package, you purchase a number of dedicated hours to use up over the month. If you are not sure which package level you require, then we can chat about that during our consultation call.

I will invoice you monthly and I ask for payment within 2 weeks of the invoice date.
4How do I make payment?
I will provide you with my account details so payment can be made electronically.
5What if you make a mistake?
I maintain good communications, show meticulous attention to detail and have bags of common sense. However I am only human, and mistakes can sometimes happen. If this is the case, I will rectify them immediately and professionally. I am also covered with professional indemnity insurance for your peace of mind.
I understand the importance of client care and confidentiality, and I am happy to sign any confidentiality agreements you may have.
My normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm. However by prior arrangement I can work outside of these times.
8How do I get the work to you?
Work can be emailed, saved to Dropbox or passed across using another file share system you use, or can be posted.
9How will you communicate with me?
I am happy to communicate by email or by phone, whatever suits you. We can agree how often you would like to be in contact, at which time I can then indicate my progress to you. I am happy to have an initial in-person meeting so you can be sure that I understand your business and that I am right for you.
