I set up All Sorted in 2016, originally as a Virtual Assistant service, to help coaches and consultants.  In 2017, I transitioned into an Online Business Manager (OBM) role to work alongside a key client. My business quickly evolved from a short-term transactional service to building longer term relationships and taking a proactive bigger picture strategic role to help my clients scale and hit their goals in all aspects of their business.

My work as an OBM has involved helping clients, both in the UK, and internationally. I have extensive experience working at Board Level and with senior teams and can fit into organisations with ease. On behalf of my clients, I have worked with blue chip companies including Aviva, BT, Coca Cola, GSK, Levi Strauss & Co, Morgan Stanley and Unilever.

I also find it deeply rewarding knowing that my clients are positively impacting people’s lives, and that I have been a part of that process, from behind the scenes.
Outside of work, I am a wife and a mum to 2 teenage girls. When I am not working, I love planning our family adventures together. I gave up work when my girls were tiny but organising and planning is just part of who I am and I couldn’t keep away – volunteering to be Chair of my local National Childbirth Trust group, and then Chair for our school Parent and Teacher Association.
I run my local Guides and Rangers unit and just love to see the children getting involved in all the activities I plan. When I commit to something, I like to get deeply involved and make a difference.
